Chris Gannon

Chris Gannon is the Founder of Captivate Talent, a boutique recruitment and consulting firm focused on attracting, hiring and retaining talent primarily for technology companies. Chris has extensive national experience and networks in New York, Boston, Austin, Chicago, and Denver paired with international experience working in London, Eastern Europe, and APAC. Chris was trained in recruitment by a large multi-national agency where he was promoted into senior management whilst working with some of the fastest growing companies in the New York metro area.   After that Chris spent over three years working for two technology companies experiencing hyper-growth.  He was responsible for building both recruitment functions from the ground up and scaling the talent acquisition teams.

Julie Olsson

Julie is a Recruitment Manager at Captivate Talent. She started her career in Sales at a Fortune 500 in the IT space in Chicago. She discovered her love for recruiting when she moved back home to the New York City area and became an Account Executive at a Staffing Agency, where she specialized in placing operations, sales, and marketing talent across industries. Julie then moved on to lead internal Talent Acquisition for two different tech startups experiencing hyper growth, where she sourced, recruited and hired for every department while working with executives to build out processes and scaling strategies. Julie joined Captivate Talent because she is passionate about building close relationships with candidates and clients and using her extensive knowledge of the tech space to help them achieve their goals.

Jenifer Nastasi is Recruitment Partner at Captivate Talent.  Jen spent the first 12 years of her career in corporate retail where she quickly moved up, holding various buying and planning roles.  She then moved into Learning and Development where she assisted in the expansion and launch of several retail applications, personally training thousands of employees.  After the birth of her daughter in 2015, she left the retail world in NY and started working in recruitment for a start-up tech and media company.  She has spent the last year learning the industry and has successfully paired numerous individuals with high profile positions and companies.

Tracy Mellor

Executive Coach and Employee Experience Advisor

Tracy’s passion is people - with a business focus.


She believes in lifelong learning and is a Fellow of Australian Institute of Management, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of Australian Human Resources Institute. She was awarded NSW AIM Leader of the Year 2016.


Her background is in sales, training, and development and then HR at a director level.
She was Executive General Manager of the Rebel Group, an iconic sports retail and fashion company with 6,000 team members before joining Reward Gateway, the employee engagement company, as Global People Director and Managing Director. 


Her pragmatic, hands-on approach and experience working as a consultant and executive mentor, coaching and delivering training at all levels makes her a very useful addition to our team.

Lori Goldberg

Advisor

Lori is CEO of Silverlight Digital, a New York-based digital media agency and an Advisor for Captivate Talent focusing on branding and talent attraction.  Lori leads a hands-on team in developing digital advertising strategies for national and local brands, including Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Radius Health, Whole Foods, Curacao Tourism, Jiffy Lube, Aetrex Footwear, littleBits, and more. Lori is a veteran of the media industry with over 20 years of client and agency experience - the past 19 focusing on digital. Most recently, she was CEO of TRAFFIQ and prior to that she was a Client Partner overseeing Razorfish’s largest client relationships. She was responsible for ensuring brand strategy and vision across multiple large-scale clients including Microsoft, Capital One, Monster.com, Polo Ralph Lauren, The Travel Channel and Smith Barney.
